  Took me ages to 'get it!" I'm always a bit thick on that 'play on words' thing.
  My mother was brilliant at it. I told her I liked the photo of my grandmother holding a prize pear back in the 1940's at Uncle Charlie's garden. "A pair of what?" she retorted!!
